Jul 14, 2012 - I did just before I watched this. There is no 'they', this was never a real band. Read about them ... the guys who sang & played on the it records were never the guys who went on tour, even back in their hey day. They even had multiple copies of the band playing live in different places at the same time. There was no actual 'band', they were just like The Archies, Again, still a catchy song & wonderful memories.

Jul 14, 2012 - I guess you may have a point. The Cuff Links, White Plains, & The Archies were fake groups that employed Ron Dante as the lead singer. I grew up with these groups and I did find out down the road they didn't exist, almost like Millie Vanillie..
